Riyadh – Mubasher: Eastern Province Cement Company said its ordinary general meeting (OGM) approved the board’s recommendation to pay 25% of the capital as cash dividends for 2020.

The company will distribute SAR 2.5 per share at a total amount of SAR 215 million, according to a disclosure to Tadawul on Monday.

Eastern Province Cement said there are 86 million shares that are eligible for 2020 dividend payout.

The distribution of dividends will commence on 28 April.

The building material firm has registered an annual growth of nearly 20% in net profits last year.
