Boursa Kuwait announces that based on the General Assembly resolution of Educational Holding Group Company (EDU), which approved the reduction of the capital; the company's shares will be suspended from trading on Wednesday, 14-04-2021 to Monday, 19-04-2021. The shares of the company will be active for trading on Tuesday, 20-04-2021, after completion of capital reduction procedure.
