Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia-based Al Borg Medical Laboratories has inaugurated a new branch for sample collection in Makkah this month, according to a press release on Sunday.

The new facility comes as part of Al Borg’s expansion plan, which includes the opening of two new units in Makkah. The entity, however, did not announce the inauguration date of the potential branches.

Saudi Al Borg has also signed a cooperation agreement with Sharik Association for Health Research to localize the research industry and boost the government health sector in Saudi Arabia.

Al Borg was established in 1998 as a fully Saudi limited liability company in Jeddah.
