CBUAE's foreign assets hit AED 385.17bn in February
The other foreign assets reached AED 38.55 billion in February

UAE - Mubasher: The total foreign assets of the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) decreased to AED 385.17 billion in February 2021, compared to AED 405.94 billion in the same month of 2020.

The CBUAE's total foreign assets rose by 1.8% month-on-month (MoM) when compared to AED 378.08 billion in January, according to the latest data by the CBUAE.

The other foreign assets reached AED 38.55 billion in February 2021, up from AED 36.16 billion in January.

The CBUAE's held-to-maturity securities jumped to AED 74.27 billion in February from AED 27.95 billion in January, while the current account balances and deposits with banks abroad hit AED 272.35 billion.
