Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Makkah Construction and Development approved, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Monday, the board’s recommendation of not distributing cash dividends for 2020.

The shareholders reached this resolution as the company did not achieve any profit last year.

Makkah Construction incurred net losses of SAR 59 million in 2020, against net profits of SAR 236 million in 2019.
