Riyadh – Mubasher: Abdulmohsen Alhokair Group for Tourism and Development has named Majid bin Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair as the Chairman of the board for a three-year term starting 19 April 2021.

The shareholders also named Amr bin Abdulaziz Al Jalal as the Vice Chairman of the board for the same duration, according to a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

It is worth noting that Alhokair Group has incurred net losses after Zakat and tax of SAR 200.16 million in 2020, compared with SAR 143 million in 2019.
