Cairo – Mubasher: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) approved a request to increase the authorised capital of Nozha International Hospital to EGP 525 million from EGP 90 million.

The company’s issued and paid-up capital will also be raised by EGP 21.093 million to EGP 105.46 million from EGP 84.37 million through issuing 21.09 million shares at a rate of 0.25 bonus share for every original share, at a nominal value of EGP 1 apiece, according to a statement on Wednesday.

Shareholders owning shares at the end of the trading session on Wednesday, 5 May, are eligible for the bonus issue.  

In 2020, Nozha International Hospital reported net profits of EGP 49.6 million, down from EGP 60.5 million in 2019.
