UAE - Mubasher: Dubai recorded 4,643 real estate sales transactions worth AED 10.93 billion in March 2021, reflecting the highest number of property transactions in 16 months.

The emirate saw a 23% month-on-month (MoM) growth in the number of property transactions and a 47% rise in terms of value, according to the 13th edition of Mo’asher, an official sales price index launched by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, the emirate executed 11,753 sales transactions worth AED 25.15 billion.

In March, 63% of sales transactions were for secondary and ready properties, the highest since June 2015, and 37% were for off-plan properties.

Meanwhile, apartment and villa and townhouse sales represented 71% and 29% of the total transactions, respectively.
