UAE stock markets close Sunday in green zone
The benchmark index of the DFM inched up 0.05%

UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Sunday's trading session on the green zone.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched up 0.05% to settle at 2,627.12 points by the end of Sunday's session.

A total of 75.92 million shares were traded through 1,194 transactions valued at AED 75.14 million.

National General Insurance Co (NGI) led the rising stocks with 13.36%, while Emirates Refreshments topped the losing stocks with 9.85%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went up by around 0.25% to close Sunday at 6,117.17 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 1.087 billion after 131.68 million shares had been traded through 1,417 transactions.

Gulf Medical Projects (GMPC) came on top of the green zone with 14.95%, while Foodco National Foodstuff headed the red zone with 10%.
