Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB) has occupied the first position in the UAE on the Forbes list of World's Best Banks 2021, according to a press release on Monday.

The list comprises the top 500 banks worldwide from across 28 different countries, with five new countries added in 2021 including the UAE.

For the third year in a row, Forbes has partnered with Statista to issue the list where 43,000 customers were surveyed to rate the banks based on overall recommendation and satisfaction as well as five sub-dimensions, comprising trust, terms and conditions, customer services, digital services, and financial advice.

ADIB has received high scores across the different segments in the survey, including satisfaction, customer service, financial advice, and digital services.

The Chairman of ADIB, Jawan Awaidah Suhail Al Kaili, said: "It is a clear testament to the success of our customer-centric approach, digital transformation, and the hard work and dedication of all our employees. as they worked selflessly throughout this unprecedented time to assist our customers navigate through this pandemic."
