Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) approved the board’s recommendation of distributing SAR 1 per share as a cash dividend for the second half (H2) of 2020.

Bahri will pay a total of SAR 393.75 million in dividends, which represent 10% of the share’s nominal value. The firm will later announce the distribution date.

The company also recommended a dividend payout of SAR 393.75 million for the first half (H1) of 2020.
