| Announcement Detail | The National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) announces that the dividends payments for the second half of 2020 will start on Sunday, 27th of Ramadan 1442 corresponding to 9th of May 2021 through Riyad bank . The amount will be SR 1 per share, The dividends entitlement date is the general assembly day (26th of April 2020) and are registered in the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the date of the general assembly as following :
First/ shareholders who own portfolios that is linked to their local bank accounts, payment will be transferred to their accounts directly
Second/ shareholders who don’t own portfolios linked to local bank account and have share certificate, they need to visit one of Riyad bank branch to receive their dividends from the branch after the verification.
The company calls upon its Shareholders to quickly update their data and ensure that their bank account numbers are linked to their investment portfolios to ensure that their dividend are deposited in their accounts with the banks on the distribution day and that all the certificates they hold should be deposited in their portfolios through submission to the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa): Riyadh.
