Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of United Electronics Company (eXtra) approved the board’s resolution to pay a total of SAR 180 million as cash dividends for 2020, according to a bourse disclosure on Sunday.

eXtra is therefore paying SAR 3 per share, equivalent to 30% of the company’s capital, for the first half (H1) and the second half (H2) of 2020.

The company’s board had recommended a payout of SAR 1 per share or 10% of the capital as a dividend for H1-20. It also agreed to distribute a total of SAR 120 million or SAR 2 per share for H2-20.
