Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co. is pleased to announce to its shareholders the method and date for distributing cash dividends for year 2020, with a total amount of 15,000,000 SR, at one (1) SR per share, representing 10% of par value of the share, and the dividend will start from Tuesday, 1, June 2021, noting that the dividend entitlement to the shareholders who own shares on the due date and who are registered in the company's shareholders ’register at the Edaa Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the day of the company's general assembly. The company requests all of it’s shareholders to update their bank account with banks before the date of the start of distributing dividends to ensure that dividends are deposited into their account.
