Riyadh – Mubasher: Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Company achieved a net profit worth SAR 25.19 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, according to the initial financial statements.

The income came 14.55% year-on-year (YoY) lower than SAR 29.49 million in Q1-20.

Earnings per share stood at SAR 0.28 in Q1-21, compared with SAR 0.33 in Q1-20.

Quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), Amlak International recorded an increase of 12.43% from SAR 22.41 million in the fourth quarter of 2020.

During the full year 2020, the company registered net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 98.9 million, up by 41.27% YoY from SAR 70 million. Amlak International’s board meanwhile recommended cash dividends worth SAR 72.48 million for last year.
