UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have closed Monday's trading session on a varied note.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up 0.35% to settle at 2.696 points by the end of Monday's trading session.

A total of 114.38 million shares were traded through 2,358 transactions valued at AED 122.55 million.

Ithmaar Holding led the rising stocks with 14.88%, while Emirates REIT topped the losing stocks with 3.85%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched down 0.14% to close Monday at 6,209 points.

Turnover exceeded AED 1.2 billion after 264.37 million shares had been exchanged through 4,148 transactions.

Ras Al Khaimah Co. for White Cement and Construction Materials came on top of the red zone with 10%, while Arkan Building Materials headed the green zone with 14.5%.
