Cairo – Mubasher: Cleopatra Hospitals Group (GHG) announced the termination of the conditional sale and purchase agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of Alameda Healthcare Group in Egypt and the operational merger of hospitals and medical units.

Discussions and negotiations over the acquisition also ended, the group said in a bourse disclosure on Monday.

During 2020, CHG reported net profits of EGP 297.6 million, up from EGP 265.35 million in 2019, including minority shareholders’ rights.
