Cairo - Mubasher: Egypt is implementing 428 projects to develop 27 public universities at a total value of EGP 36.464 billion, according to a recent report published by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The report referred that around EGP 2.357 billion projects are being carried out at Cairo University to improve hospitals and renovate the colleges' buildings.

Meanwhile, the EGP 3.771 billion projects at Alexandria University aim to establish educational and administrative buildings across colleges and raise the efficiency of laboratories and clinics.

The ministry is also implementing projects worth around EGP 1.786 billion and EGP 736 million at Ain Shams and Assiut Universities, respectively.
