Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Research and Marketing Group will change the company name to Saudi Research and Media Group, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

This move followed the shareholders’ approval on 29 April to amend Article no. 2 of the company's articles of association.  

The new company name will be effective after the completion of all legal requirements for commercial registration with concerned departments.

Last November, the listed firm launched Asharq News as a multiplatform Arabic-language news service.
