Cairo – Mubasher: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has ordered the allocation of $500 million as part of an Egyptian initiative for reconstructing the Gaza Strip, following Israeli air strikes.

Egyptian companies will also take part in the reconstruction efforts, the Presidential Spokesman, Bassam Rady, said in a statement on Tuesday.

This came during the trilateral summit held with France and Jordan in Paris.

In a separate statement, the Minister of Health, Hala Zayed, announced that the country sent 65 tonnes of medicines and medical supplies to Palestine.
