Riyadh – Mubasher: Aljazira Takaful Taawuni Company has appointed Khaild Alothman as the Vice Chairman of the board as of 30 May 2021.

Alothman will assume this position until 1 July 2022, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

The new Vice Chairman is succeeding Ziad Tareq Aba Al Khail who resigned from his position on 30 May 2021.

It is worth noting that the company has registered a net profit of SAR 14 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2021.
