Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Nasr Company for Civil Works has appointed Mushira Kamal Abdel Maksoud El-Maghraby as the company’s Chairman.

In addition, the board also named Bassem El-Sayed Hussein Abdel Rahman as the CEO and Managing Director, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, the company incurred net losses of EGP 2.54 million, against net profits of EGP 4.04 million in the prior-year period.

The revenues retreated to EGP 46.65 million in the January-March period, compared to EGP 56.64 million in the same period in 2020.
