Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has announced the resignation of its CEO Fahad bin Hussein Al Sudairi as of 7 June 2021 due to personal reasons, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

SEC has assigned the CEO responsibilities to Khaled bin Hamad Al Gnoon as of the resignation date and until further notice.

It is worth noting that earlier this year SEC appointed Khalid bin Saleh Al Sultan as the Chairman of the board and Najem bin Abdullah Alzaid as the Vice Chairman.
