Cairo – Mubasher: The board of directors of Memphis Pharmaceutical and Chemical Industries approved the appointment of Essam Sadek Mohamed Sadek as the company’s Non-Executive Chairman.

The board also named Abla Youssef Abdullah as the Managing Director, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Monday.

During the first nine months of fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, the company posted net profits of EGP 25.37 million, up from EGP 5.22 million in the year-ago period.
