Dewan Architects expands footprint in Saudi Arabia
Dewan Architects has set a five-year plan to expand its market share

Mubasher: Emirati firm Dewan Architects + Engineers intends to expand its operations in Saudi Arabia through new and extended offices in Riyadh. 

The new facilities are scheduled to open next month, with the aim to address the capacity needs for the growing construction market in Saudi Arabia, according to a press release on Wednesday.

Dewan Architects has set a five-year plan to expand its market share within the Kingdom and increase the capacity of its regional headquarters and presence.

Existing in the Saudi Arabian market since 2009, Dewan Architects is working on various schemes with the Public Investment Fund (PIF) initiatives including The Red Sea Development Company, Amaala, Qiddiya, and others. 

The architects and engineering consulting firm was established in 1984, and currently operates in seven countries across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Its projects in the UAE meanwhile include The Address Fountain Views and Port de La Mer in Dubai, in addition to Mamsha Al Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi.
