Cairo – Mubasher: Al Shams Housing and Urbanization reported net profits of EGP 49.26 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, slightly down from EGP 49.4 million in the year-ago period.

The sales grew to EGP 117.87 million in the January-March period, compared to EGP 98.7 million in the same period in 2020, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

During 2020, Al Shams Housing and Urbanization logged net profits of EGP 149.67 million, up from EGP 135.58 million in 2019.
