Saudi Aramco completed all closing conditions for this deal, including all required merger control and related approvals

The consortium with EIG and Mubadala comprises a broad cross-section of investors from North America, the Middle East and Asia

Saudi Aramco will at all times retain title to, and operational control of, the pipeline network.
