Riyadh – Mubasher: Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company has appointed Mansour Al Ghamdi as the Vice Chairman of the board, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

Al Ghamdi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and Mechanical Systems Design from King Abdulaziz University.

In a separate disclosure, the company said it appointed Mohammed Abdullah Al Hujailan as the new CEO, effective from 1 January 2021.

Al Hujailan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Holy Names University in California.

It is worth noting that the listed firm succeeded to reduce its annual losses by 38.5% in the first quarter (Q1) of 2021.
