Saudi Arabia has registered 474,191 total cases

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Health announced 1,079 new COVID-19 infections as well as 14 more fatalities on Sunday, according to official data.

The Kingdom also reported 1,214 additional recoveries.

Saudi Arabia has registered 474,191 total cases since the pandemic escalated last year, of which 455,618 have cured of the virus and 7,677 passed away.

More than 16.52 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been administrated nationwide, the ministry noted.

Last week, the ministry stated that about 98% of the elderly, aged 60 years or older, were vaccinated against the virus.
