Riyadh – Mubasher: Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Company has appointed Abdullah Ibrahim Al Howaish as the Chairman of the board, according to a disclosure on Monday.

The company also appointed Mansour Rashed Al Bosaily as the Vice Chairman.

Both Al Howaish and Al Bosaily will assume their positions as of 4 June 2021 until 18 April 2024.

During the first quarter (Q1) of 2021, Amlak International achieved a net profit worth SAR 25.19 million.
