Riyadh – Mubasher: The Arab National Bank (ANB) will be paying a total of SAR 525 million as cash dividends for the first half (H1) of 2021, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.

ANB will disburse SAR 0.25 per share or 3.5% of the share’s par value to the entitled shareholders, with the number of shares eligible for distribution standing at 1.5 billion.

The distribution date will be 14 July 2021.

Earlier this year, ANB’s board proposed a payout of SAR 600 million in cash dividends for 2020.
