National Gas and Industrialization Co. Announces the date of cash dividends distribution for the 2020 fiscal year

| Announcement Detail | With reference to the company's announcement on Tadawul on 23.06.2021 AD, corresponding to 13.11.1442 H, regarding the approval of the Ordinary General Assembly to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the 2020 fiscal year at the rate of SAR 0.50 per share, which represents 5% of the par value of the share amounting to SAR 37,500,000, National Gas and Industrialization Co. is pleased to announce to its shareholders that the dividends will be distributed starting from Tuesday 06.07.2021 AD corresponding 26.11.1442 H by direct transfer to bank accounts linked to shareholders' investment portfolios.
The eligibility of the dividend was for shareholders who owned the shares as at the market close on Tuesday, 22.06.2021 AD corresponding to 12.11.1442 H (eligibility date) and who are registered in the Company’s shareholders register in Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
