Dubai – Mubasher: Deyaar Development has launched AED 1 billion Regalia, a skyscraper in Business Bay providing smart and high-end urban lifestyle services.

To be Deyaar’s tallest tower, the 70-storey residential building will include smart home-enabled apartments and various recreational, wellness, and social amenities, according to a press release on Sunday.

The construction of Regalia will start in August 2021 and will be completed in December 2024.

The CEO of Deyaar Development, Saeed Al Qatami, said: “As always, we affirm our commitment to delivering projects on time and look forward to commencing construction of Regalia in August 2021.”

Meanwhile, the Vice-President – Sales at Deyaar, Nasser Amer, commented: “The project creates a sense of belonging to the community, through a range of carefully selected social, wellness and recreational amenities. The luxury apartments will also feature branded built-in appliances.”
