Riyadh – Mubasher: Musharaka Capital Company announced a cash dividend payout of SAR 0.3 per unit to the unitholders of Musharaka REIT Fund for the six-month period from 1 January until 30 June 2021.

The dividends will total SAR 26.4 million that will be distributed over 88 million units, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

Musharaka REIT Fund said the entitlement date will be 15 July, end of the trading day on 13 July.

Earlier this year, Musharaka Capital announced cash dividends worth SAR 26.4 million for the period from 1 July to 31 December 2020.
