Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) has suspended direct and indirect travel of citizens to the UAE, Ethiopia, and Vietnam without obtaining prior permission from the concerned authorities due to the emergence of a new COVID-19 variant in these three countries.
GACA tweeted that non-citizens from Ethiopia, the UAE, Vietnam, and Afghanistan are suspended from entering Saudi Arabia, except for those who have stayed 14 days outside those four countries, besides all previously announced countries.
The authority has issued a circular to all airlines operating in Saudi Arabia.
