Riyadh – Mubasher: Derayah Financial will pay cash dividends of SAR 19.35 million to the unitholders of Derayah REIT Fund for the second quarter (Q2) of 2021.

The distributions will be made to 107.507 million units, at SAR 0.180 per unit, according to a disclosure to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday.

The amount represents 1.8% of the unit’s initial price and 2.01% of the net asset value (NAV) as of 31 December 2020.

Eligibility of cash dividends will be at the end of the maturity date on 15 July to the unitholders registered in the records of the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.

The dividends will be paid on 19 August.
