Cairo - Mubasher: Jumeirah Egypt aims to invest EGP 7 billion in a new project in the North Coast over an area of 112 feddans (470,000 square metres).
The project will feature 732 units, an international hotel, and a commercial centre, the CEO Hisham El-Danasoury said in a press conference on Monday.
The property developer hired El Ghoneimi Architects to act as a general consultant for the project, the CEO added.
Construction in the project is expected to begin by mid-July, with the delivery of the first phase expected in 2023, El-Danasoury noted.
