Riyadh – Mubasher: The eligible unitholders of AlAhli REIT Fund (1) will receive a total of SAR 48.12 million as cash dividends for the six-month period from 1 January to 30 June 2021.

NCB Capital Company, being the fund manager, announced the distribution value as SAR 0.35 per unit, representing 3.5% of the unit’s initial price, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.

The number of units eligible for the dividend distribution totals 137.5 million for unitholders of record date 26 July.

In addition, the distribution date will be within 30 days post eligibility date.
