Riyadh – Mubasher: Arabian Centers Company has offered 1,125 USD-denominated Sukuk ll Re-Tap at a total value of $225 million.
The Shariah-compliant notes were offered at a par value of $200,000 per note, holding a 5.5-year maturity until 7 October 2026, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.
This issue is part of a Sukuk series currently outstanding $650 million and was first issued on 7 April 2021.
Arabia Centers noted that the settlement of the Sukuk will take place on 28 July.
The listed firm said the value of the current outstanding issued Sukuk amount to $1.375 billion.
Offering the Sukuk II Re-Tap has started this week on 13 July.
