Riyadh – Mubasher: Yanbu Cement Company will be distributing a cash dividend of SAR 1.25 per share, representing 12.5% of the share’s par value, for the first half (H1) of 2021.

The dividends’ payment will total SAR 196.87 million for 157.5 million eligible shares, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

Yanbu Cement said the distribution date will be within 15 days from 29 July, the eligibility date.

The cement company has recorded net profits after Zakat and tax worth SAR 115 million in H1-21.
