Cairo - Mubasher: Iron and Steel for Mines and Quarries achieved EGP 23.33 million in sales during the April-June period.

The sales amounted to EGP 7.83 million in June, EGP 5.42 million in May, and EGP 10 million in April, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Thursday. 

Iron and Steel for Mines and Quarries is a spin-off company of the Egyptian Iron and Steel (Hadisolb).

In January, the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of Hadisolb decided to liquidate its steel plant and spin off its mining operations.
