Riyadh – Mubasher: National Company for Learning and Education (NCLE) has signed a contract worth SAR 7.95 million with Saudi Arabia’s Yamami Company to lease an educational property.

The asset is located in Al Arid district in Riyadh, according to a bourse disclosure on Thursday.

The lease agreement is for 10 years starting 1 September 2021, and can be renewed for an additional decade.

NCLE expected the financial impact to reflect on the income statements in the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year (FY) ending on 31 August 2022.
