Riyadh – Mubasher: Umm Al Qura Cement Company has accepted the resignation of its CEO, Fawaz bin Saleh Al Mutairi, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

The resignation shall be effective as of 29 July 2021.

The cement company noted that Al Mutairi resigned due to personal reasons.

Umm Al Qura Cement appointed last month a new Chairman and Vice Chairman of the board.
