Cairo - Mubasher: East Delta Flour Mills recorded net profits of EGP 129.73 million in fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021, up by 7% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 121.26 million, the unaudited financial results showed. 

The revenues declined to EGP 500.89 million in the year ended 30 June, compared to EGP 509.6 million a year earlier, the company said in a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Sunday. 

During the first nine months of FY20/21, the company achieved net profits of EGP 78.22 million, up from EGP 76.11 million in the prior-year period.

The company generated EGP 351.11 million in revenue in the nine-month period ended 31 March, compared to EGP 351.3 million in the corresponding period in FY19/20.
