Saudi Arabia sees 15% lower government reserves in June
The government reserves inched down by around 0.6%

Riyadh - Mubasher: Saudi Arabia's government reserves declined by 15.4% to SAR 355.358 billion in June 2021, compared to SAR 420.079 million in the year-ago period.

On a monthly basis, the government reserves inched down by around 0.6% in June 2021, when compared to SAR 357.432 billion in May 2021, as shown by SAMA's monthly statistics bulletin.

Meanwhile, the government's current account increased by about 22.5% to SAR 85.866 billion in June 2021 from SAR 70.097 billion in June 2020.
