Riyadh – Mubasher: Mulkia Investment Company will be paying the announced cash dividends to the unitholders of Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund as of Thursday, 5 August, according to a bourse filing to Tadawul.

The fund manager, Mulkia Investment, earlier announced a dividend payout worth SAR 8.85 million to the unitholders of the REIT fund for the period from 1 April to 30 June 2021.

Mulkia previously announced dividends of SAR 6.81 million to the REIT fund unitholders for the period from 1 October to 31 December 2020.
