Cairo - Mubasher: Raya Contact Center logged consolidated net profits of EGP 9.75 million in the first half (H1) of 2021, a drop of 52% year-on-year (YoY) from EGP 20.6 million, including minority shareholders' rights. 

The revenues retreated to EGP 376.56 million in the January-June period, compared to EGP 386.22 million in the corresponding period a year earlier, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

As for the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, Raya Contact Center logged net profits of EGP 7.71 million, down from EGP 10.35 million in Q2-20 and generated revenues of EGP 193.69 million, compared to EGP 192.30 million. 

The H1-21 standalone financial results showed net losses of EGP 11.17 million, versus net profits of EGP 48.43 million in H1-20. 

During Q1-21, Raya Contact Center achieved net profits of EGP 2.04 million, down from EGP 10.3 million in the year-ago period, including minority shareholders’ rights.
