Riyadh – Mubasher: Riyad REIT Fund has pumped SAR 60 million worth of investment in an office building that is located in Pennsylvania in the US.

The five-year investment will be funded from the Sharia-compliant facilities available to Riyad REIT, fund manager Riyad Capital announced on Monday.

This transaction is expected to generate an average annual yield of 8% to Riyad REIT over the investment period.

The asset is AmerisourceBergen headquarters facility, a Class A office which is the headquarters of a company that is one of the largest pharmaceutical distributors worldwide handling more than 30% of the world’s pharmaceuticals and generating revenues of nearly $190 billion.
