A cooperation agreement was signed between Arab Sea Information Systems Company and Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority to provide technical solutions and accounting systems for issuance of E-invoicing and E-notifications that comply with provisions of the E-invoicing regulation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to enable taxpayers to fulfill their statutory obligations. On Tuesday, Muharram 16, 1443 AH, corresponding to August 24, 2021 AD. This agreement was signed by Deputy Governor Mr Muhannad Ahmed Basudan Deputy Governor for Strategy and Development on behalf of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority and His Excellency the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. / Haitham Muhammad Al-Suhaibani on behalf of the Arab Sea Information Systems Company. As for the validity of this agreement starting from the date of its signing and for a period of (1) one Gregorian year, it is automatically renewed for a similar period or periods. This agreement does not entail any rights or financial obligations between the two parties. |
