Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising, Public Relations, and Marketing Company has appointed Falcom Financial Services Company as the financial advisor to manage the process of reducing and increasing its capital.

The appointment has come into effect on Sunday, 5 September, according to a bourse disclosure on Monday.

The listed firm aims to shrink its capital by cancelling 7.5 million shares, then increase it by 50% through bunos shares.
